    Description

    Handsome fold-out 1978 Amoco road map of Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, and West Virginia, printed more than 40 years ago.
    The map opens to 18" x 27" and has good detail on old highway alignments, along with ads for local motels, restaurants, and tourist attractions.
    There are inset plans of Richmond, Baltimore, Washington, D.C., and the Hampton Roads area on the reverse side.
    The map was published in 1978 by the Amoco Oil Company and is dated in the legend. Little symbols locate Amoco service stations.
    The front cover photograph shows the Rebel Yell Roller Coaster at Kings Dominion in Doswell, Virginia.
