A French Porquier - Beau Quimper Tulipiere.  One of the loveliest I've seen with a scene of a Breton man playing his bagpipe and a Breton lady resting. They are surrounded by dots on a soft yellow base with a blue decor riche on a light blue.

Condition: Excellent: Very minor wear and tiny pit marks on base lip.
No chips,cracks. hairlines,crazing, or repairs.
