CIRCA 1960s-early 70s made in JAPAN plastic elf tape measure.  The tape pulls out of the front side of the shoe.  The clothes are felt and there is polyester hair on the figure. The tape pulls out and retracts automatically.
The
condition is very good
very slight soiling on the hat of the elf. No holes or tears in clothing. This piece comes in original case but no lid.
