This is an incredibly versatile keyer with almost unlimited functionality. It has a brand new battery Exp 2029), printed and spiral bound manual (which is not included when purchased new) and has been fully tested.
--It is circa 2015 and has Firmware Ver 2.0, which has an abundance of features, far more than I ever used.
--You must be able to copy morse code proficiently to program and use this. It is brimming with features and adjustments.  These are set out in Photo No. 6.
--Photo 10 shows a bag with two substitute capacitors to vary side tone volume.  These require soldering--I was happy with the standard value, which is what is installed.
--I will ship this, double boxed by USPS priority mail.
Priority mail rates are now virtually the same as parcel select for small packages and eBay is apparently phasing out parcel select as an option. In any event, just pay the eBay shipping calculator amount to your address.  No packing or handling charges.
--I am now offering carrier specific shipping discounts to reflect actual shipping costs I pay and no more.  This should work out to your advantage and further reduce the impact of shipping charges.

Although sold strictly as is, this item is guaranteed to be substantially as represented.  Unless listed as "For parts or not working" you can return the item within 30 days, at your expense, and I will refund purchase price (less shipping).
