Spring Loaded Tea Infuser

If you're like me you like your tea but are not all that fond of drinking the tea leaves. This means that I don't drink tea with fortune tellers. (They can be fun with taro cards, palm readings and cranium examinations but no reading tea leaves for me, thank you.) When I make my tea it's usually with tea bags unless I'm getting extravagant and using some natural organic tea leaves from Ceylon (Sri Lanka.) Then I need an infuser.
This handy little infuser was made in Hong Kong. Now before you assume this isn't the quality that you think you're looking for, just remember that Hong Kong was a British possession for nearly 200 years and we all know how much the English love their tea. It certainly is an excellent way to brew your Earl Gray.
This little gadget opens by squeezing the handle. When you do the spoon end opens neatly and all you need do is dip it into your tea box and grab just the right amount of tea. Release the handle and bingo, your tea leaves are encased and ready to melt into that boiling water you're going to pour into your Royal Dolton.     Please carefully look over the detailed photos I took of this item. Taking pictures is a necessary evil when selling on eBay and I did take the time with my Canon to try and give you a good look. So if you would kindly take a few minutes to look over this thing I would appreciate it. You will to when you see how nice this really is.
