Vintage Kleencut pinking shears with the original box.  Not sure of the date of manufacturer, but original price was only .95 would have to be prior to 1963 as there is no zip code in the address.   good overall condition, new owner can oil and polish if desired.  Ruler in picture is for reference only and is not part of the sale.  I have other vintage items listed, check them out.
